Holme Hall Golf Club – Information for Visitors

There are a limited number of vacancies for
full male, full female, junior and social members. An application
form can be downloaded. The club is able to provide a proposer
and seconder for potential members who are suitable applicants. For
further information on payment terms and conditions or to
discuss the various packages available contact the Secretary

MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM.
A warm and sincere welcome is extended to all visitors. Whether
you are a small party, a society or a corporate event visitor we
are sure that you will be pleased with the reception you receive.
All visiting golfers are expected to hold a current club handicap
or an EGU members handicap. Handicap certificates are required.
Dress Code.
Smart and conventional golf wear is required on the course at all
times. Shorts, if worn, should be tailored shorts and worn with
knee length socks or short white sport socks. Denim jeans,
trainers, track suits and collar-less shirts are not permitted on
the course. Shirts must be worn inside trousers or shorts at all
times.
Mobile ‘phones are not permitted on the course or in the club
house.
Please respect our hospitality by replacing divots, repairing
pitch marks, ranking bunkers etc. and placing all litter in the bins provided. Green
staff have priority on the course.
Visiting societies are welcome on Mondays through Fridays. Please
consult the diary to determine availability of the course. The
Club operates a 'NO' SMOKING policy throughout the clubhouse.
A variety of packages (see below) are available for societies and reservations
for any of these packages must be made with the secretary prior to
the date of the event.
Tee times for small visiting parties (4 or less players) can be
made directly with the professional.
Visitors are reminded that it is their own responsibility to be
covered by adequate third party liability insurance and to ensure
that their equipment is adequately insured. No liability for
injury, loss of equipment, or damage to personal equipment or
vehicles is accepted by the club.

Members may only introduce one visitor per day (with whom they must play)
at concession rates.

A member may only introduce a visitor at concession rates a maximum of
six times a year.

Any visitor may only be introduced at concession rates a maximum of six
times a year. Visitors must be bona fide members of a Golf Club.

On Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays a visitor MUST be introduced by
and play with a member. Please note concessionary rates ONLY APPLY after
3.30 p.m.

Green Fees must be paid IN THE PROFESSIONAL SHOP before play, a visitor’s
label obtained and attached to golf bag.

Special Concession rates apply to Juniors. Please contact the
Secretary/Manager.

Special Packages are available for corporate and society golfing days
throughout the golfing season. (Early booking is essential) contact the
Secretary/Manager.

Winter Packages are available from 1st November to 31st March

Societies are not allowed at weekends.
