MIXED SOCIAL MATCH away against Cleethorpes was another
enjoyable day – bit windy but dry (the rain came as we were
all at the 19th!) Pleased to report another win for Holme
Hall. Next match is away against Ashby Decoy on Saturday
3rd July.

2nd May was the first mixed social match of the season playing
Elsham at Holme Hall. The weather was relatively kind –
a brief shower of rain followed by a brief hailstorm about
an hour later didn’t dampen the spirits.
Twelve teams played, and as always with the mixed social
matches, the atmosphere in the clubhouse afterwards was
relaxed and pleasant as we enjoyed Tony’s delicious baked
ham and a glass or two of wine.
Pleased to report a 7 – 5 win for Holme Hall.
Next match is on Sunday 16th May at Cleethorpes. Sunshine
would be a blessing there!
